WCI Partners, LP believes that urban real estate restoration and revitalization, using the principals of "New Urbanism," is both privately profitable and publicly beneficial. WCI also believes in environmentally conscious construction and development and that the growing trend across the United States to rediscover our urban centers (and the end of 'cheap gas') will eventually reverse the costly prior trend of suburban sprawl. To that end, we focus on urban real estate projects that encourage city living, working, and job creation in downtown/urban areas.

WCI seeks to be diversified geographically, by sector and by type of investment. WCI also seeks passive equity investments with established real estate developers who share its philosophy and exhibit a track record of successful projects. To date, these projects are focused in Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Florida, and California. WCI is also an active investor/developer, particularly in Harrisburg, PA, its hometown and corporate office headquarters.
