WORK IS PROGRESSING ON WCI PARTNERS'
LATEST RESIDENTIAL PROJECT.

New townhomes will be constructed in Olde Uptown Harrisburg; 12 on Green Street and 2 on the corner of Green and Muench Streets. Work is scheduled to continue throughout the year and into the beginning of 2008 with completion of the homes in the Spring of 2008.

Olde Uptown Harrisburg: A New Approach to Urban Living

WCI Partners, LP, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Agency (PHFA) and the Community Action Commission (CAC) is proud to announce their newest development project -— "Olde Uptown: A New Approach to City Living."

This project will restore 60+ historical homes, and construct 19+ new townhomes in the neighborhood between Muench and Maclay, Second and Third Streets.
